I really can't be bothered to do a full fisk of this absurd piece of 'moderate' Muslim whining from al-Grauniad, but since the author invokes 'the histories of Islamic fundamentalism and European imperialism, aspects of which are horribly interlinked', can somebody remind me which Muslim countries are former Danish colonies?
